(This will include everything WEEKLY for a Month) 
The "Monthly Refresh" Package Includes:
Kitchen:
 * Countertops & Backsplash: All surfaces wiped and sanitized.
 * Sinks & Faucets: Scrubbed and polished.
 * Appliance Exteriors: Wiped down (microwave interior also cleaned).
 * Stovetop & Range Hood: Cleaned and degreased.
 * Floors: Vacuumed and mopped.
 * Cabinet Exteriors: Wiped down.
Bathrooms:
 * Showers & Tubs: Thoroughly scrubbed and sanitized.
 * Toilets: Cleaned inside and out.
 * Sinks & Countertops: Wiped down and disinfected.
 * Mirrors: Cleaned to a streak-free shine.
 * Floors: Swept and mopped.
Bedrooms & Living Areas:
 * Dusting: All surfaces, including furniture, shelves, and decor.
 * Mirrors & Glass: Cleaned.
 * Floors: All carpets vacuumed, and hard floors swept and mopped.
 * Beds: Made with fresh linens.
 * Trash: Emptied and removed.
Throughout the House:
 * Baseboards & Doors: Wiped down.
 * Window Sills: Cleaned.
 * Light Switches & Outlets: Wiped.
